Which countries do you deliver to?
We provide seamless global delivery to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, and the Netherlands.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. After dispatch, standard global delivery usually takes 7–14 business days, depending on your location. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number to follow your package's journey.
Why does delivery take 7–14 business days?
We ship directly from our international production hubs to your door. By cutting out the middleman and bypassing local holding facilities, we ensure our quality remains top-tier while reducing unnecessary environmental footprint. Because your order travels directly from the source, delivery takes a bit more time. Quality takes time, and we appreciate your patience.
My tracking hasn't updated. Is that normal?
Yes, this is completely normal during international transit. Tracking updates may temporarily pause while the package moves between countries or is processed by customs. Once it reaches the next regional checkpoint, the information will update automatically.
Will my order arrive in one package?
To ensure the fastest possible delivery, your order may arrive in separate packages. This allows us to dispatch items individually from the closest available logistics partner as soon as they are ready.

How does the "Take 10% off when you choose two" offer work?
This special offer is designed to help you build your perfect look. You can mix and match any items that display the "Take 10% off when you choose two" tag. When you add any two (or more) of these eligible items to your cart, a 10% discount will be automatically applied to those specific pieces at checkout.
Do you offer a first-order discount?
Yes! We love welcoming new members to the ELLA community. By signing up for our newsletter via the pop-up or the form at the bottom of our website, you will receive a 10% discount code for your first purchase. Keep an eye on your inbox (and spam folder) for your welcome email.
How do I use a discount code?
If you have a promotional code, you can apply it at the Checkout page. Simply enter your code into the "Discount code" field and click apply.
Can I use multiple discount codes?
Our system allows for one discount code per order. Additionally, manual discount codes usually cannot be combined with automatic bundle offers or other active promotions unless stated otherwise.
Why isn't my discount code working?
If your code isn't applying, please check the following: 1) Is the code entered correctly? 2) Is the code expired? 3) Does your cart meet the requirements (e.g., minimum order value or specific items)? If everything looks correct and it still won't work, please contact us before finalizing your order.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We want you to love your ELLA pieces. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-Day Return window on eligible items. Please review our Refund Policy to check if your item qualifies. Products must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.
How do I start a return?
Please reach out to our support team via our Contact Page. Include your Order Number and the reason for the return. Our team will promptly provide you with the correct return instructions.
Do you offer free return shipping?
While we provide complimentary shipping on all outgoing orders, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return arrives safely at our processing facility.
Sizing & Product Care
How do ELLA pieces fit?
Our designs focus on a sculpted and flattering silhouette. Many of our pieces, especially satin and corset styles, are designed to contour the body. If you prefer a more relaxed fit, we recommend sizing up.
Where can I find the Size Guide?
A detailed, product-specific Size Guide is available on every product page, located just above the size selection menu. We highly recommend comparing your measurements with the chart for the perfect fit.
Orders & Payment
Can I change or cancel my order?
To maintain our processing speed, orders are sent to dispatch immediately after they are placed. Because of this, we are unable to modify or cancel orders once confirmed. Please review your details carefully prior to checkout.
Do I need to pay customs or import fees?
In most instances, our customers do not experience additional customs fees. However, depending on your local import regulations, customs authorities may occasionally apply duties or taxes which are the responsibility of the recipient.
